About Bahraini Dinar
The Bahraini Dinar (BHD) is one of the highest-valued currencies in the world by exchange rate. Introduced in 1965 to replace the Gulf rupee, it has been pegged to the US Dollar at 0.376 BHD per USD since 1980, making 1 dinar worth approximately 2.65 USD. Bahrain is a small but wealthy Gulf state, with an economy centred on oil refining, banking, and financial services. About Bulgarian Lev
The Bulgarian Lev (BGN) is the official currency of Bulgaria, with a history dating to 1880 when it replaced the Turkish piastre after Bulgaria's liberation. The word "lev" means "lion" in Bulgarian. Following a severe financial crisis in 1996-1997, a currency board was established and the lev was pegged first to the Deutsche Mark and then to the Euro at 1.95583 BGN per EUR.
