About Moroccan Dirham
The Moroccan Dirham (MAD) has been the official currency of Morocco since 1960, replacing the franc used during the French protectorate period. The Belarusian Ruble (BYN) is the official currency of Belarus. The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus issues the ruble and manages monetary policy. Belarus maintains a managed float exchange rate influenced by its close economic ties with Russia. The economy is largely state-controlled with major industries including potash mining, machinery manufacturing, and agriculture. The ruble is divided into 100 kopecks.
