About Nigerian Naira
The Nigerian Naira (NGN) is the official currency of Nigeria, Africa's most populous country and largest economy by GDP. Introduced in 1973 to replace the Nigerian pound, the naira has experienced severe long-term depreciation relative to major currencies. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) manages monetary policy. About Kazakhstani Tenge
The Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) became the official currency of Kazakhstan in November 1993, replacing the Soviet ruble following independence in 1991. Kazakhstan is Central Asia's largest and wealthiest economy, possessing enormous reserves of oil, natural gas, uranium (the world's top uranium producer), copper, zinc, and other minerals. The National Bank of Kazakhstan manages monetary policy. The tenge experienced significant devaluations in 2009 and 2015 in response to falling oil prices and the devaluation of the Russian ruble.
