About Norwegian Krone
The Norwegian Krone (NOK) is the official currency of Norway and is managed by Norges Bank with an inflation-targeting floating exchange rate regime. The Omani Rial (OMR) is the official currency of the Sultanate of Oman and one of the highest-valued currencies in the world by exchange rate. This peg has remained stable even during periods of lower oil prices, supported by government reserves. The Central Bank of Oman manages the peg.
