The Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) is the official currency of Saudi Arabia, the world's largest exporter of petroleum and home to ARAMCO - the world's most profitable company by revenue. The riyal has been pegged to the US Dollar at 3.75 SAR per USD since 1986, one of the most durable currency pegs in the world, supported by Saudi Arabia's vast oil revenues and the world's second largest foreign exchange reserves. About Uzbekistani Som
The Uzbekistani Som (UZS) has been the official currency of Uzbekistan since 1994, replacing the Soviet ruble after independence. The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan manages monetary policy. Uzbekistan is Central Asia's most populous nation and has transformed significantly since its economic liberalisation reforms beginning in 2017 under President Mirziyoyev.
