About Trinidad and Tobago Dollar
The Trinidad and Tobago Dollar (TTD) is the official currency of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, a twin-island Caribbean nation just off the northeast coast of Venezuela. Introduced in 1964, it replaced the British West Indies dollar. The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago manages monetary policy with a managed float. Trinidad and Tobago is the Caribbean's leading energy producer with significant natural gas and oil reserves. It is also the largest producer of methanol and ammonia in the Western Hemisphere.

The Dominican Peso (DOP) is the official currency of the Dominican Republic, occupying the eastern two-thirds of the island of Hispaniola. The peso has been reintroduced multiple times throughout the country's turbulent history, with the current version established in 1947. The Banco Central de la Republica Dominicana manages monetary policy. Tourism is the Dominican Republic's largest foreign-exchange earner, followed by remittances, free-trade zone manufacturing, and agriculture including sugar and mining exports.
