About Uzbekistani Som
The Uzbekistani Som (UZS) has been the official currency of Uzbekistan since 1994, replacing the Soviet ruble after independence. The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan manages monetary policy. Uzbekistan is Central Asia's most populous nation and has transformed significantly since its economic liberalisation reforms beginning in 2017 under President Mirziyoyev. About Macedonian Denar
The Macedonian Denar (MKD) has been the official currency of North Macedonia since 1992, replacing the Yugoslav dinar following the country's independence. The name "denar" derives from the ancient Roman silver coin "denarius". The National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia manages monetary policy with a fixed exchange rate de facto pegged to the Euro. North Macedonia is a small Balkan country with an economy based on steel, iron, lead, zinc, manganese, chromite, and tungsten mining, as well as agriculture and light manufacturing.
